The Farm to Table Pinot Noir is strawberry red in colour with a nose filled with lifted cherries with some smokey oak. It has a warm palate with mixed berries; savoury notes interplay with some oak spice and soft tannins.

This wine is easy to drink with a delicious crisp finish. The bouquet has a lifted nose of lychee and tropical fruit aromas, with vibrant citrus notes. The palate is fresh and balanced, with passionfruit and guava flavours from the Sauvignon Blanc and a crisp lemon acid line from the Semillon. Audrey Wilkinson is recognised as one of the first vineyards in the Hunter Valley and has a rich history in the region. They continue today to produce wines of regional character with fine craftsmanship.
